VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN
Ingredients;
Potatoes-4-5
Carrot-2
Beans-little
Cabbage-little
Garam condiment-2 table spoon
Green chillies-10
Cauliflower-half piece
Onions-2
Tomato sauce-1/2 cup
Chilli sauce-1/2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Corn flour-1 cup
Maida-1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste-2 table spoon
METHOD
Boil potatoes
and beans separately in the cooker.Remove after some time and smash them.Squeeze
the beans to remove the excess water in them.Chop onions,cauliflower,grate
carrot,cabbage.Mix the smashed potatoes with
beans,cabbage,cauliflower,carrot,salt,garam condiment,chilli paste, ginger
garlic paste, thoroughly.Make small balls out of it and dip the balls in batter
.Deep fry them in hot oil.
BATTER;Mix corn flour,maida ,salt, and salt powder with
water to bonda batter consistency and dip the vegetables in it.
Take 3-4 table
spoons of oil in a broad vessel and add finely chopped onions into it.Add one
table spoon of ginger garlic paste to it.Add chilli sauce ,tomato sauce,1/2
table spoon garam condiment,soya sauce,and fry for a while.Add all the deep
fried vegetable balls into it.Mix well and serve hot by decorating with
coriander leaves on the top.
