SOUTH INDIAN SNACK


GREENS GARAM PAKODA
Ingredients;
Onions-4
Amaranth leaves-1/4 cup
Spinach leaves-1/4 cup
Fenugreek leaves-little
Mint leaves-little
Coriander leaves
Green chilies-8-10
Garam masala-1 table spoon
Cooking soda -1/4 tea spoon
Bengal gram flour-3/4 cup
Rice flour-1 hand full
Cumin seeds powder-1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
METHOD
Chop all the greens and onions finely mix with the flour and mix tightly add 4 table spoons of hot oil mix well and put the rolls in hot deep fry till hot oil and serve hot.If there are some greens available with whatever greens you have.
