MOST DELICIOUS INDIAN DISH


FINGER CHIPS
Ingredients;
Potatoes-1 kg
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Red chilly powder
METHOD
Cut the potatoes in length wise order of 2 inch length.Deep fry the pieces in hot oil till it become crisp.Sprinkle hot chilly powder and salt over it.As soon as you remove them from oil, take them on tissue paper in order to remove the excess oil in it.
Addition;Make a mixture of corn flour[4 table spoon],salt,green chilly powder,[1 table spoon of powder in it].Mix them with water like bhaji batter and roll all the finger chips in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil and again sprinkle red chilly powder,salt and serve hot.
