TRIANGLE POORI CHAT
Ingredients;
Sprouted green gram-1 cup
Onions-2
Chiroti rawa-1/2 cup
Maida-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Cooked potatoes-1 cup
Coriander-little
Red chilli powder-2 table spoon
METHOD
Mix rawa,
maida,salt ,2 table spoons oil using water to poori dough consistency. Allow it
to set for 2 hours. Mix sprouted green gram with salt and red chilli powder,
finely chopped onions and mix well.
Make small balls
out of them. Roll it to small pooris and cut the poori into 4 parts with a knife.
Deep fry them in hot oil. Make a small hole at the centre and fill it with 2
table spoons of sprouted gram mixture. Pour 1 table spoon of khatta meetha
chutney over it and serve with coriander at the top.
