THE MOST DELICIOUS AND SWEETY INDIAN DISH


VEGETABLE CUTLET
Ingredients;
Potatoes-4-5
Carrot-3
Beans- little
Garam condiment powder-1 table spoon
Cabbage-little
Cauliflower- a little
Coriander leaves- a little
Oil to deep fry
Onions-2
Red chilly powder-2 table spoon
Rusk powder-1 cup
METHOD
       Pressure the potatoes, beans, peas separately in the pressure cooker. Grate cabbage, carrot and chop onions, cauliflower finely. Remove the vegetables from the cooker and smash potatoes, squeeze the beans to remove excess water and drain water from the peas .Mix all the vegetables [even grated and chopped one’s],garam condiment, red chilli powder, salt, grated paneer,coriander leaves and mix well. Make small balls out of them and pat into desired shape and roll out in Rusk powder or chiroti rawa both the sides and deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot with tomato sauce
       * Green chilli paste can be used instead of red chilli powder and even ginger garlic paste can be used.

MADDHUR VADA
Ingredients;
Maida-1/2 cup
Chiroti rawa-1/2 cup
Wheat flour-1/2 cup
Curry and coriander leaves-little
Onions-1 cup
Green chillies-6-8 finely chopped
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
METHOD
          Mix all the ingredients in a vessel.Sprinkle little water to it.Add three tea spoons of hot oil to the mixture.Make small balls out of it.Pat them in the form of vada on the plastic afrter applying oil to it.Drop the vadas in hot oil.Deep fry them in hot oil till it become golden color.Serve hot.

 Wow..........what a taste?It is one of the favorite ,delicious Indian dish.
BRINJAL BONDA
Ingredients;
Small brinjals-10
Dry coconut-half coconut
Red chilli powder – 3 table spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander seeds-1 table spoon
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Garlic-5 flakes
Gar-am condiment powder-1 table spoon
Pav bhaji condiment-1 table spoon
Curry and coriander leaves
Cooking soda-1 pinch
Oil to deep fry
Rice flour-1 hand full
Bengal gram flour-1 cup
METHOD
       Mix the coconut,coriander and cumin seeds,curry leaves,garlic,gar-am condiment,pav bhaji condiment into a powder state.Take  small brinjals.Cut into four pieces each.Deep fry them in hot oil for 2 minutes.Allow it to cool after  removing  from  the  fire.Stuff the powder inside and dip them in Bengal gram mixture.Deep fry them in the hot oil till the color becomes golden brown and serve hot.
BENGAL GRAM MIXTURE
     Mix Bengal gram flour,rice flour,cooking soda,two table spoon hot oil and mix the batter to bhaji consistency.

BREAD BONDA
Ingredients;
Bread-1/2 pound
Bengal gram flour-1 cup
Green chillies-8
Curry and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Coriander leaves-1 table spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 table spoon
Ginger-1 inch length
Mint leaves-1 small bunch
Fresh cocunut-little

METHOD
                   Cut each bread pieces into four.Mix the green chillies,coriander leaves,cumin seeds,ginger,coriander leaves,curry leaves,mint leaves,and coconut in the mixer by adding little water to make it like a chutney.Apply this chutney to the bread slices ,take two and place one over the other.Mix the Bengal gram flour ,water,little soda powder,and 1 table spoon of hot oil to make it like roll batter consistency.Dip the bread pieces in the batter.Deep fry the pieces in oil till it becomes golden brown in color.Serve hot with tomato sauce.

NOODLES CUTLET
Ingredients;
Noodles-1 cup
Onions-2
Green chillies-10
OR Red chilli powder-2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Maida-1/2 cup
Curry and coriander leaves
Ga-ram condiment- 1 table spoon
Chopped vegetables-1/2 cup [optional]
[Carrot,capsicum,beans,cauliflower]

METHOD
              Boil the noodles for 3 minutes.Drain the water completely.Mix finely chopped onions,chopped green chillies,vegetables,cumin seeds,gar-am condiment,salt,maida,to make a thick mixture and pat them like cutlets and deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot.

POTATO THIKKI

Ingredients;
Potatoes-1 KG
Onions-4 finely chopped
Lemon-1
Bread half pound
Green chilly paste-2 table spoon
Curry and coriander leaves-
Garam masala-1 table spoon
Coriander seeds powder-1 table spoon
Salt to taste

METHOD
Boil potatoes and drain the water ,smash the potatoes.Mix all the ingredients to the potatoes and crumbled bread pieces to the mixture and pat them like cutlets and roast the patties pouring oil all the sides till the crispy and red ,serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney
You can keep them in oven to roast and serve hot
Be sure that the mixure done must be tight and dry if there is more moisture in the mixure it holds oil and cannot be fried properly
Be sure that you mix all the ingredients just before you prepare else it will leave moisture and they will hold oil
