Wow..........what a taste?It is one of the favorite ,delicious Indian dish.
BRINJAL BONDA
Ingredients;
Small brinjals-10
Dry coconut-half coconut
Red chilli powder – 3 table spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander seeds-1 table spoon
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Garlic-5 flakes
Gar-am condiment powder-1 table
spoon
Pav bhaji condiment-1 table spoon
Curry and coriander leaves
Cooking soda-1 pinch
Oil to deep fry
Rice flour-1 hand full
Bengal gram flour-1 cup
METHOD
Mix the coconut,coriander and cumin
seeds,curry leaves,garlic,gar-am condiment,pav bhaji condiment into a powder
state.Take small brinjals.Cut into four
pieces each.Deep fry them in hot oil for 2 minutes.Allow it to cool after removing
from the fire.Stuff the powder inside and dip them in
Bengal gram mixture.Deep fry them in the hot oil till the color becomes golden
brown and serve hot.
BENGAL GRAM MIXTURE
Mix Bengal gram flour,rice flour,cooking
soda,two table spoon hot oil and mix the batter to bhaji consistency.
