THE MOST DELICIOUS TASTY HEALTHY SOUTH INDIAN DISH


GREEN CHILLI BHAJI-SOUTH INDIA SPECIAL

Ingredients;
Bengal gram flour-1 cup
Rice flour-1 hand full
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Bhaji chillies[a special chilli which is thick and fat]
Cumin seeds-2 table spoon
Dry coconut-half
Soda powder- half tea spoon
Tymol seeds-1 tea spoon
METHOD
        Make the powder mixture of coconut and cumin seeds.Make a crack on the chillies length wise.Fill the powder in the chillies.Dip them in Bengal gram batter.Deep fry them in hot oil  till it becomes golden brown in color.Serve hot and enjoy the taste.
BENGAL GRAM FLOUR MIXTURE;
        Mix Bengal gram flour,rice flour,soda powder,salt,tymol seeds and three table spoons of hot oil with water to get bhaji consistency.
