MOONG DHAL MIXTURE
Ingredients;
Deep fried green gram dhal-250 gm.(Moong dhal)
Onions-2
Carrot-1
Coriander leaves-little
Salt to taste
Oil-2 table spoon
Lemon-1
Red chilli spoon- 1 table spoon
Condiment powder-1/2 table spoon
METHOD
      Take oil in the pan.Add mustard seeds to it.After the fluttering of it, add finely chopped onions,grated carrot,salt,red chilli powder,condiment for the dhal to it.Squeeze lemon and serve immediately with coriander garnished on the top.
       Deep fried green gram dhal will be available in the market or we can prepare it in the home.Soak the dhal in the water.Wipe on a towel and dry it.Deep fry them .They cannot be removed easily.We can remove it using a strainer.The stainer which has wide iron netted with tiny holes is used.Dip the strainer in the oil and add some dhal inside it.Remove it after some time by lifting it.Put them on a paper for leaving the oil.
