CHANNA CHAT
Ingredients;
Kabuli channa-1 cup
(White whole Bengal gram)
Onion-2
Oil – 2 table spoon
Coriander-little
Potato-1
Garam condiment-1 table spoon
Red chilli powder-1 table spoon
Lemon-1/2
Sev(Bhujia)-little
Salt to taste
METHOD
Soak kabuli Channa
for 5 hours.Cook Kabuli channa and potato in pressure cooker.Make pieces of potatoes and
keep aside.In a pan, take oil and when it gets heated ,add 1 cup of water drained
from the cooked channa.When they starts boiling, add garam condiment,red chilli
powder,salt boil for a while and add the boiled Channa,potatoes and fry till
it becomes dry. Remove and serve hot with coriander and finely chopped onions on the
top.Even you can decorate with sev bhaji on the top for taste.
