VEGETABLE CUTLET
Ingredients;
Potatoes-4-5
Carrot-3
Beans- little
Garam condiment powder-1 table spoon
Cabbage-little
Cauliflower- a little
Coriander leaves- a little
Oil to deep fry
Onions-2
Red chilly powder-2 table spoon
Rusk powder-1 cup
METHOD
Pressure the
potatoes, beans, peas separately in the pressure cooker. Grate cabbage, carrot
and chop onions, cauliflower finely. Remove the vegetables from the cooker and
smash potatoes, squeeze the beans to remove excess water and drain water from
the peas .Mix all the vegetables [even grated and chopped one’s],garam condiment,
red chilli powder, salt, grated paneer,coriander leaves and mix well. Make
small balls out of them and pat into desired shape and roll out in Rusk powder
or chiroti rawa both the sides and deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot with
tomato sauce
* Green chilli
paste can be used instead of red chilli powder and even ginger garlic paste can
be used.
