POTATO BONDA
Ingredients;
Potatoes-4
Green chillies-10-12
Fresh coconut-little
Bengal gram flour-1 cup
Rice flour-1 hand full
Salt to taste
Bengal gram cereal – 1 table spoon
Black gram cereal - 1 table spoon
Cooking soda powder – half tea
spoon
Oil to deep fry
Onions-2
Turmeric-1/2 tea spoon
Onions-2

METHOD
Boil the potatoes. Take three table spoon
of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to it. After spluttering add Bengal gram cereal and black gram cereal . Fry for a while. Add onions and fry for 3 minutes.
Add green chilly paste, fresh coconut, turmeric and fry for a while. Add boiled
potatoes to this after cutting it. Mix well and make small balls out of it. Dip
the balls in the Bengal gram mixture [listed below] and deep fry in hot oil
till it become light brown in color.Serve hot
Bengal gram mixture; Mix Bengal gram
flour, rice flour, cooking soda[a pinch],salt and two table spoons of hot oil
and by using water make it to batter.
