DHAL SAMOSA
Ingredients;
Bengal gram dhal-1/4 cup
Onions-3
Green chillies-8-10
Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Garam condiment-1 table spoon
Maida-1 cup
Wheat flour-1 cup
Rice flour-little
METHOD
Mix Maida and wheat flour with water, keep aside it for an hour. Cook
Bengal gram dhal in a cooker, then smash them slightly with the ladle. Cut
onions into square shape. Take a vessel with 3 table spoons of oil, and then add
cumin seeds to it. When they splutter, add onions. When they change soft, add
green chilly paste, ginger garlic paste, fry for a while and add slightly
smashed dhal. Fry them well and remove it from fire and keep aside.
Make small balls of the dough and press them like plane shape. After sprinkling
rice flour to knead, cut in the centre to make two half pieces. Take the one
half and make it like cone shape. Fill the dhal strut and pack like samosa[PYRAMIDAL
SHAPE] and deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot with sweetly healthy chutney and
enjoy the taste.
