GROUND NUTS MIXTURE
Ingredients;
Ground nuts-1 cup
Onions-1
Tomato-1
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder-1 table spoon
Coriander leaves- little
Lemon-1/2
METHOD
        Roast ground nuts in a medium flame till it become brown in color.Peel the skin after cooling it.Mix finely chopped onions,tomatoes,grated coconut,and sprinkle red chilli powder,salt, lemon juice and serve immediately with cut coriander leaves on the top.
BOONDHI MIXTURE;Take deep fried boondhi mixture in a vessel.Add finely chopped onions,tomatoes,coriander leaves,and red chilli powder,lemon juice and serve immediately.You can even sprinkle little sugar to it.
