POTATO CUTLET
Ingredients;
Potatoes-1 kg
Bread slices-6
Green chillies- 1 table spoon
Ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon
Garam condiment – 1 table spoon
Rusk powder-1 cup(Suji toast-powdered)
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
METHOD
Boil potatoes
in the cooker. Drain the water, smash them. Add finely chopped green chillies or
add chilli paste,crushed bread pieces,ginger garlic paste,garam condiment,finely
cut coriander leaves,[if necessary]. Add finely cut onions, also now mix up all the Ingredients well and make small balls out of it .Pat them to form cutlet in
desired shape and roll them in rusk powder. Deep fry them in
hot oil and serve hot with tomato sauce
