POTATO THIKKI

Ingredients;
Potatoes-1 KG
Onions-4 finely chopped
Lemon-1
Bread half pound
Green chilly paste-2 table spoon
Curry and coriander leaves-
Garam masala-1 table spoon
Coriander seeds powder-1 table spoon
Salt to taste

METHOD
Boil potatoes and drain the water ,smash the potatoes.Mix all the ingredients to the potatoes and crumbled bread pieces to the mixture and pat them like cutlets and roast the patties pouring oil all the sides till the crispy and red ,serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney
You can keep them in oven to roast and serve hot
Be sure that the mixure done must be tight and dry if there is more moisture in the mixure it holds oil and cannot be fried properly
Be sure that you mix all the ingredients just before you prepare else it will leave moisture and they will hold oil
