delicious south indiansnack




                                                                    MASALA VADA
Ingredients;
Red gram cereal-1 cup
Bengal gram cereal -1 hand cup
Green gram cereal-1 hand full                                      
Green chillies-6
Red chillies-3
Ginger-1 inch
Onions-2
Fresh coconut-half cup
Curry and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
METHOD
Soak all the cereal in water for 2 hours. Later grind the grind coarsely them with very little water, the batter should be very dry, else they will hold  oil. At last when you grind all the cereal,mix all the ingredients ,finely chopped and grind them and pat them into roll shape using little oil over your palms or use any plastic sheet to pat the rolls and now deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot.
Some chopped mint leaves can be used in the rolls along with the onions. Use some cashew nut pieces in the mixture of rolls for extra taste.
