DELICIOUS INDIAN DISH ON GOOGLE

BENGAL GRAM DHAL VADA

Ingredients;
Bengal gram dhal-1 cup[any cereal convincing to the reader]
Onions-2
Green chillies-8
Cloves-4
Cinnamon-1 inch length
Salt to taste
Cumin seed-1 table spoon
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Ginger-1 inch length
METHOD
           Make a paste of ginger and green chillies. Powder cinnamon and cloves and keep aside.Soak Bengal gram cereal[any cereal] for two hours and later grind coarsely using very little water and cut onions, green chillies,cloves,and cinnamon powder,curry and coriander leaves ,salt,cumin seeds,and mix them ,pat them well on a plastic applying little oil to the plastic, pat the vada[mixture] and deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot.
