SAGO BONDA
Ingredients;
Sago-1 cup
Curds-1 1/2 cup
Rice flour-1 cup
Green chilliy-7-8
Onions-2
Curry and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
METHOD
Soak the sago in curds for 2 hours by keeping them in the middle.Now mix this with rice flour. There must be enough flour to hold the mixture, it must be thick and tight mixture, else they hold oil.Mix rice flour,green chillies chopped or chilly paste,curry and coriander leaves,mix well deep fry the rolls by dropping the flour balls in the oil and serve hot.
