RICE PAKODA
Ingredients;
Cooked rice-1 cup
Spinach-1/2 cup
Bengal gram flour-1/2 cup
Oil to deep fry,Salt to taste
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Green chillies paste-1 table spoon
Little coriander leaves
METHOD
Chop the spinach finely
Smash the rice till it becomes soft,then add spinach,green chilly paste,Bengal gram flour,cumin seeds,salt and mix them well .Roll them into small balls and deep fry the balls in hot oil till it become light brown in color. Press them to turn flat in between your hands using a paper ,fry again in hot oil till crisp and serve hot with tomato sauce
