STUFFED BAMBOOS
Ingredients;
Maida-1/2 cup
Bread powder-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Green chillies-8-10
Potatoes-5
Onions-2
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Oil- 4 table spoon
Oil to deep fry
Ga-ram condiment- 1 table spoon
METHOD
Cook the potatoes,smash them and
keep aside.Mix the bread powder, little salt,2 table spoon of oil with water to make a dough.Allow it to settle
for 3 hours.Take 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan and
add cumin seeds into it.When they splutter, add finely chopped onions ,fry for
two minutes.Add green chilli paste,salt,gar-am condiment and mix well and allow the
mixture to cool for a while.
Make small sized balls out of the dough and roll into round shape using rolling bin and sprinkle rice flour for
kneading.
Cut them exactly at the center and
roll again each ,into a round stick of one
inch [thickness] to turn it round and now stuff the mixture in it and
pack from both the sides and deep fry the bamboos on hot oil and serve hot with
tomato sauce
