THE MOST DELICIOUS SWEETY TASTY INDIAN SNACK.


CAPSICUM BONDA
Ingredients;
Capsicum-1/4 kg
Dry cocunut-1/2 full one
Red chillies-6
Curry and coriander leaves
Bengal gram flour-1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Coriander seeds-1 table spoon
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Rice flour-1 hand full
Cooking soda-1/2 tea spoon
METHOD
     Mix the red chillies,cumin and coriander seeds,dry coconut in the mixer into powder stage.Take hot water in a bowl.Keep the capsicum in the hot water for five minutes.Remove them and allow it to dry.Cut them from downside to four parts fill the condiment powder inside it.
      Take Bengal gram flour,rice flour in a wide vessel.Add 2 table spoons of hot oil into it.Add soda powder and mix to bhaji batter consistency.Now dip the capsicum in the batter and drop them slowly in the hot oil and deep fry them till it becomes golden color and serve hot.

BREAD BONDA
Ingredients;
Bread-1/2 pound
Bengal gram flour-1 cup
Green chillies-8
Curry and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Coriander leaves-1 table spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 table spoon
Ginger-1 inch length
Mint leaves-1 small bunch
Fresh cocunut-little

METHOD
                   Cut each bread pieces into four.Mix the green chillies,coriander leaves,cumin seeds,ginger,coriander leaves,curry leaves,mint leaves,and coconut in the mixer by adding little water to make it like a chutney.Apply this chutney to the bread slices ,take two and place one over the other.Mix the Bengal gram flour ,water,little soda powder,and 1 table spoon of hot oil to make it like roll batter consistency.Dip the bread pieces in the batter.Deep fry the pieces in oil till it becomes golden brown in color.Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Ingredients;
Noodles-1 cup
Onions-2
Green chillies-10
OR Red chilli powder-2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Maida-1/2 cup

Ga-ram condiment- 1 table spoon
Chopped vegetables-1/2 cup [optional]
[Carrot,capsicum,beans,cauliflower]

METHOD
              Boil the noodles for 3 minutes.Drain the water completely.Mix finely chopped onions,chopped green chillies,vegetables,cumin seeds,gar-am condiment,salt,maida,to make a thick mixture and pat them like cutlets and deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot.

STUFFED BAMBOOS
Ingredients;
Maida-1/2 cup
Bread powder-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Green chillies-8-10
Potatoes-5
Onions-2
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Oil- 4 table spoon
Oil to deep fry
Ga-ram condiment- 1 table spoon
METHOD
Cook the potatoes,smash them and keep aside.Mix the bread powder, little salt,2  table spoon of oil with water  to make a dough.Allow it to settle for 3 hours.Take 3 tablespoon of  oil in a pan and add cumin seeds into it.When they splutter, add finely chopped onions ,fry for two minutes.Add green chilli paste,salt,gar-am condiment and mix well and allow the mixture to cool for a while.
 Make small sized balls out of the dough and roll into round shape using rolling bin and sprinkle rice flour for kneading.
Cut them exactly at the center and roll again each ,into a round stick of one inch [thickness] to turn it round and now stuff the mixture in it and pack from both the sides and deep fry the bamboos on hot oil and serve hot with tomato sauce

 Ingredients;
Green gram dhal-1 cup
Onions-2
Ginger-1 inch length
Salt to taste
Green chillies-6
Curry and coriander leaves
Tomato-1
Oil-3 table spoon
Lemon-1
Turmeric-1/2 tea spoon

METHOD
Cook the cereal in the pressure cooker till it become very soft and smash them well.Cut onions and tomatoes very finely.Mix the green chillies,ginger,and garlic in the mixer.Take oil in a vessel and add mustard seeds to it and when they splutter, add onions and fry it for two minutes .Then fry it for one minute.Then add green chilli paste and fry it.Add salt ,turmeric and pour the smashed cereal , add two cups of water and boil well.Squeeze lemon juice,add and cut coriander leaves on the top for decorating it.Serve it hot.

DELICIOUS INDIAN DISH ON GOOGLE[SWEETY,HEALTHY,MARVELLOUS]

VADA
Ingredients;
Black gram cereal-2 cups
Rice-1 hand full
Green chillies-8
Oil to deep fry
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Curry and coriander leaves
Fresh cocunut pieces-few
Black pepper-6 [optional]

METHOD
        Soak rice and dhal for 3 hours and grind the batter coarsely in the wet grinder[ the batter should be thick if more water is used for grinding]  preparation of batter is very important while making it.When you drop little batter in water,it should float over the batter like a ball.
       Make a mixture of green chillies,curry and coriander leaves ,black pepper in the mixer[if needed you can use a piece of ginger in the mixie to paste]. Mix the paste, salt,cocunut pieces,and cumin seeds to the batter and mix well.
       Take oil in a frying pan, heat the oil, take water in a bowl ,dip your hands and take a small plastic and apply water to it. Take little batter and put it on the plastic.After dipping the finger in water and make a hole at the center and now drop the vada slowly in hot oil,for one time add 4-5 vadas in the frying pan. Deep fry till the color becomes brown in the oil and serve hot with coconut chutney or soup of green gram cereal

DELICIOUS INDIAN DISH ON GOOGLE

BENGAL GRAM DHAL VADA

Ingredients;
Bengal gram dhal-1 cup[any cereal convincing to the reader]
Onions-2
Green chillies-8
Cloves-4
Cinnamon-1 inch length
Salt to taste
Cumin seed-1 table spoon
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Ginger-1 inch length
METHOD
           Make a paste of ginger and green chillies. Powder cinnamon and cloves and keep aside.Soak Bengal gram cereal[any cereal] for two hours and later grind coarsely using very little water and cut onions, green chillies,cloves,and cinnamon powder,curry and coriander leaves ,salt,cumin seeds,and mix them ,pat them well on a plastic applying little oil to the plastic, pat the vada[mixture] and deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot.

MOST DELICIOUS INDIAN DISH


FINGER CHIPS
Ingredients;
Potatoes-1 kg
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Red chilly powder
METHOD
Cut the potatoes in length wise order of 2 inch length.Deep fry the pieces in hot oil till it become crisp.Sprinkle hot chilly powder and salt over it.As soon as you remove them from oil, take them on tissue paper in order to remove the excess oil in it.
Addition;Make a mixture of corn flour[4 table spoon],salt,green chilly powder,[1 table spoon of powder in it].Mix them with water like bhaji batter and roll all the finger chips in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil and again sprinkle red chilly powder,salt and serve hot.

Ingredients;
Sago-1 cup
Curds-1 1/2 cup
Rice flour-1 cup
Green chilliy-7-8
Onions-2

Oil to deep fry

METHOD
    Soak the sago in curds for 2 hours by keeping them in the middle.Now mix this with rice flour. There must be enough flour to hold the mixture, it must be thick and tight mixture, else they hold oil.Mix rice flour,green chillies chopped or chilly paste,curry and coriander leaves,mix well deep fry the rolls by dropping the flour balls in the oil and serve hot.

Ingredients;
Cooked rice-1 cup
Spinach-1/2 cup
Bengal gram flour-1/2 cup
Oil to deep fry,Salt to taste
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Green chillies paste-1 table spoon
Little coriander leaves
METHOD
Chop the spinach finely
Smash the rice till it becomes soft,then add spinach,green chilly paste,Bengal gram flour,cumin seeds,salt and mix them well .Roll them into small balls and deep fry the balls in hot oil till it become light brown in color.   Press them to turn flat in between your hands using a paper ,fry again in hot oil till crisp and serve hot with tomato sauce

            In 1979,the scientist Constantinfan was in a work about coal tar.He forgotten to wash his hands due to some tedious work.He went home.He noticed the increased taste of the snack that he used to eat.He inquired his wife that whether she added some tasty ingredients to the snack.She told him not.She tasted one,but did't feel the increased taste.This made the scientist to think about the difference.Finally it was discovered that the increased taste came from his hand.After this incident he began to research about this topic.That resulted in the discovery of the new sweetening agent,SACCHARIN
        IT IS THE FACT THAT SACCHARIN AND ASPARTAME ARE THE FAMOUS SWEETENING AGENTS FOR ARTIFICIAL DRINKS.

delicious south indiansnack




                                                                    MASALA VADA
Ingredients;
Red gram cereal-1 cup
Bengal gram cereal -1 hand cup
Green gram cereal-1 hand full                                      
Green chillies-6
Red chillies-3
Ginger-1 inch
Onions-2
Fresh coconut-half cup
Curry and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
METHOD
Soak all the cereal in water for 2 hours. Later grind the grind coarsely them with very little water, the batter should be very dry, else they will hold  oil. At last when you grind all the cereal,mix all the ingredients ,finely chopped and grind them and pat them into roll shape using little oil over your palms or use any plastic sheet to pat the rolls and now deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot.
Some chopped mint leaves can be used in the rolls along with the onions. Use some cashew nut pieces in the mixture of rolls for extra taste.

EVERGREEN TALES


                                     Once a blind man went to see his friends. When he returned, the friends gave him a lighted candle. It was night. The blind man wonderingly asked,’why did you light this to me?’ I am blind. I don’t need this because I cannot distinguish day and night?.They said “if you have lighted candle with you, others can see you and deviate their path without hitting you”. He said “that’s true”. Then he started his journey with the candle. After a short time the blind man hit with another man. The other man said” aye, man, where are you looking while walking? Is it on the moon or sky? The blind replied “don’t you have noticed the lighted candle in my hand? The other man calmly replied “sorry my dear friend, your candle has been dimmed off “.the blind apologized to the other man.

POTATO THIKKI

Ingredients;
Potatoes-1 KG
Onions-4 finely chopped
Lemon-1
Bread half pound
Green chilly paste-2 table spoon
Curry and coriander leaves-
Garam masala-1 table spoon
Coriander seeds powder-1 table spoon
Salt to taste

METHOD
Boil potatoes and drain the water ,smash the potatoes.Mix all the ingredients to the potatoes and crumbled bread pieces to the mixture and pat them like cutlets and roast the patties pouring oil all the sides till the crispy and red ,serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney
You can keep them in oven to roast and serve hot
Be sure that the mixure done must be tight and dry if there is more moisture in the mixure it holds oil and cannot be fried properly
Be sure that you mix all the ingredients just before you prepare else it will leave moisture and they will hold oil
