CAPSICUM BONDA
Ingredients;
Capsicum-1/4 kg
Dry cocunut-1/2 full one
Red chillies-6
Curry and coriander leaves
Bengal gram flour-1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Coriander seeds-1 table spoon
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Rice flour-1 hand full
Cooking soda-1/2 tea spoon
METHOD
Mix the red chillies,cumin and coriander seeds,dry coconut in the mixer into powder stage.Take hot water in a bowl.Keep the capsicum in the hot water for five minutes.Remove them and allow it to dry.Cut them from downside to four parts fill the condiment powder inside it.
Take Bengal gram flour,rice flour in a wide vessel.Add 2 table spoons of hot oil into it.Add soda powder and mix to bhaji batter consistency.Now dip the capsicum in the batter and drop them slowly in the hot oil and deep fry them till it becomes golden color and serve hot.
